Description
Two teams of four compete in a grid with end zones at each end. A team scores by dribbling the ball under control into the opponent's end zone. On every turnover, the team that wins possession immediately transitions to attack the opposite end zone. This game develops quick thinking in transition, close control under pressure, and the ability to switch between attacking and defending mindsets rapidly.
Setup
30x20 yard grid with 5-yard end zones marked with cones at each end. Two teams of 4 players wearing different bibs. Multiple balls around the outside for quick restarts.
