By accessing or using MatchdayIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using MatchdayIQ, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
The Service is designed for use by coaches, parents, and guardians of youth soccer players. Player data is entered and managed by authorized adult users, not by the players themselves.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- •Enter false or misleading information about players or teams
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- •Share live game links with the intent to harass or endanger players
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including player data you enter into the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MatchdayIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (team rosters, game statistics, etc.).
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate post-game analysis and coaching insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional coaching advice. MatchdayIQ makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchdayIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, game statistics, or coaching records.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
